We are currently hiring for the following position:

Bankruptcy Law Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance on bankruptcy laws
• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents
• Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of bankruptcy judges
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex bankruptcy cases
• Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bankruptcy law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
