Position: Collection Agent

Location: Remote/Work from home

Salary: Competitive salary with bonus potential

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to clients with overdue accounts
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements
• Maintaining accurate records of all communications with clients
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the collection process
• Adhering to all federal and state laws regarding debt collection practices

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in collections or sales is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
