Position: Legal Service Plans Specialist

We are currently seeking a Legal Service Plans Specialist to join our team. As a Legal Service Plans Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of legal service plans for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by providing them with access to legal services that they might not have otherwise been able to afford.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing the legal needs of clients and recommending suitable legal service plans
• Coordinating with attorneys and legal staff to create customized legal service plans
• Ensuring timely delivery of legal services to clients
• Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the duration of their legal service plans
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of legal service plans and making recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in legal services or a similar role
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
