Job Title: Project Manager

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Mazzarino Construction is currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute construction projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• PMP certification is a plus
