Job Description:

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Bergvall Insurance Agency, you will be responsible for selling and promoting insurance products to potential clients. Your primary goal will be to build relationships with customers, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions to protect their assets. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and prospect new clients
• Conduct comprehensive insurance assessments for customers
• Recommend appropriate insurance products based on client needs
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide ongoing support to clients and address any insurance-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• State insurance license is required
