Job Description
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions
- Participate in regular supervision sessions
- Stay current on best practices in the field of counseling
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping others achieve personal growth and healing
