The Modi Law Firm is a reputable legal firm specializing in immigration law, with a focus on providing high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses seeking assistance in navigating complex immigration processes. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Immigration Law Attorney to join our team and support our clients with their immigration needs.

Position: Immigration Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various immigration matters, including but not limited to family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, and citizenship applications.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and other legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to advocate for clients’ interests and ensure compliance with immigration laws.
• Attend immigration court hearings, interviews, and other proceedings as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Demonstrated knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in a second language (Spanish, Mandarin, or other) is a plus.
