Key Responsibilities

As an Investment Analyst at Hartmann Income REIT, you will play a critical role in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, performing market research, and supporting the overall investment decision-making process. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Conducting financial modeling and valuation analysis of potential real estate acquisitions.
• Assisting in the due diligence process, including reviewing property financials and conducting market research.
• Preparing investment committee presentations and investment memorandums.
• Monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance, including revenue trends and expense analysis.
• Supporting the asset management team in optimizing property performance and maximizing returns.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
