Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

BES Group & Associates / Solutions Plus is a leading provider of Drug Abuse & Addiction Centers and Mental Health Services in Pasadena, dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and mental health challenges. We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions for clients struggling with addiction and mental health issues
• Developing treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients and other members of the treatment team
• Providing crisis intervention and support to clients in need
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution
• Active California LCSW license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for addiction and mental health treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
