We are Hiring:

We are currently seeking a General Practice Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a General Practice Attorney at Glenda Clausell, Attorney-at-Law, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, representing clients in both civil and criminal cases. If you are passionate about the law and eager to make a difference in people’s lives through your work, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of various legal matters, including but not limited to family law, real estate, criminal defense, and personal injury cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and options
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and negotiations
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, writing, and advocacy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
