Job Description:

As an Access Control Systems Technician at Laser Key Products, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting access control systems for our customers. Your primary duties will include:

• Installing access control systems at customer sites
• Programming and configuring access control software and hardware
• Testing and troubleshooting systems to ensure proper functionality
• Providing training to customers on system operation and maintenance
• Responding to service calls and conducting repairs as needed
• Maintaining accurate records of all work performed

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining access control systems
• Proficiency in programming access control software and hardware
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Certifications in access control systems are a plus
