Position: Flooring Contractor

We are currently seeking experienced flooring contractors to join our team. As a flooring contractor at Glamour Flooring, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring, including hardwood, tile, laminate, and carpet, in accordance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit installation area
• Prepare subflooring and ensure it is level and smooth
• Install flooring materials according to manufacturer guidelines
• Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in flooring installation
• Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
