Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect cigar, cigarette, or tobacco product to suit their preferences. You will also be in charge of maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking inventory, and processing transactions at the register. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of cigars and tobacco products, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cigar, cigarette, and tobacco products
• Provide product recommendations and information to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Restock inventory and ensure products are displayed attractively
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or concerns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of cigars, cigarettes, and tobacco products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
