Position: Licensed Professional Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, family, and couples counseling sessions
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients’ needs
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Maryland
• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
