We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in the following position:

Health Club Manager

As the Health Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. You will work closely with staff to ensure that our members have a positive experience every time they visit. Your main duties will include:

• Managing staff schedules and training programs
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new members
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Handling member complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with our fitness team to create innovative programs and classes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within the fitness industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A passion for health and fitness
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
