Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading household and commercial goods safely and efficiently.
• Handle customer’s belongings with care and respect.
• Ensure items are properly secured and protected during transport.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in moving or storage industry preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Inspect and clean storage units to ensure they meet company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and security checks.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing rental agreements and payments.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
