Home Builders:

As a Home Builder at Abercrombie Builders Inc, you will be responsible for managing the construction of custom homes from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction documents
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Real Estate Developers:

Our Real Estate Developers play a key role in identifying and acquiring new development opportunities, conducting market research, and managing the overall development process. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying potential properties for development
• Conducting feasibility studies and financial analysis
• Negotiating contracts with landowners and other stakeholders
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Overseeing the design and construction process
