Job Title: Psychotherapist

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients with a variety of mental health issues
• Develop treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in psychotherapy

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Licensure as a psychotherapist in the state of California
• Previous experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and boundaries in psychotherapy
