Current Job Openings

1. Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and providing information about the hotel and local area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

2. Housekeeping Staff

We are currently hiring housekeeping staff to ensure that our guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently.

3. Maintenance Technician

Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining the hotel’s physical structure and equipment. Duties include performing repairs, completing preventative maintenance tasks, and responding to guest requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and a working knowledge of general repair skills.

Qualifications

To be considered for a position at Residence Inn Houston Northwest/Willowbrook, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
