Join Our Team as an Executive Search Consultant

Ashen & Associates Exec Search is a leading executive search firm specializing in connecting top talent with prestigious companies across various industries. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team in helping our clients find the best executives to drive their businesses forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth interviews with top executive candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for our clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier executive talent
• Collaborate with the team to create targeted recruitment strategies for each client engagement
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in executive search or recruiting, preferably in a specialized industry
• Demonstrated success in placing high-level executives in senior leadership roles
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and systems
