Job Title: Home Health Aide

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist. Duties may include assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing companionship and emotional support to patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
• Follow the care plan created by the registered nurse or therapist
• Document and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved home health aide training program
• Valid certification as a home health aide
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
