Position: Building Maintenance Technician

Location:

– Various locations across the Greater Chicago area

Hours:

– Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed

Salary:

Responsibilities:

As a Building Maintenance Technician at Access Chemicals & Services, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our clients’ properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
– Conducting routine inspections of buildings and facilities
– Performing repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
– Cleaning and organizing maintenance tools and equipment
– Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
– Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
– Assisting with special projects and renovations as needed

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
– Strong knowledge of building systems and structures
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
