Job Responsibilities

As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Prospecting for new clients and building a solid pipeline of potential customers
• Conducting thorough financial needs analysis to determine the most suitable insurance products for clients
• Presenting and explaining insurance policy options to clients
• Assisting clients with the application process and providing ongoing support
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed insurance agents are preferred but not required (we will provide training and support for obtaining a license)
