Job Description

As an Event Planner at Cinco Terra, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning various events such as weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and more. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their vision and executing flawless events that leave a lasting impression. You will have the opportunity to be creative, organize logistics, and ensure that all details are meticulously planned.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
• Create event proposals and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues
• Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs
• Oversee event setup, execution, and cleanup
• Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of event planning software is a plus
