Job Descriptions

Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of Hyatt House Houston Medical Center, greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality.

Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Guest Services Manager

The Guest Services Manager is responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at Hyatt House Houston Medical Center. This role involves supervising the front desk, concierge, and event coordination teams, as well as handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing events at Hyatt House Houston Medical Center, from small meetings to large conferences. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Concierge
