The Samuelson Law Firm: DUI & DWI Attorney Position

The Samuelson Law Firm is a well-established law firm based in the heart of the city, dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated DUI & DWI Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to make a difference in people’s lives through legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in DUI & DWI cases from initial consultation to court appearances
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong defense strategies
• Negotiate with prosecutors to reach favorable plea agreements
• Prepare legal documents, including motions, briefs, and appeals
• Attend hearings, trials, and other court proceedings on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing DUI & DWI law
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
