Job Title: Home Decor Interior Designers & Decorators

Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and visually appealing interior designs for classrooms, playrooms, and common areas
• Select appropriate color schemes, furniture, and decor to enhance the overall aesthetic of the space
• Collaborate with staff members to incorporate functional and practical design elements into each space
• Manage and oversee the implementation of design projects from concept to completion
• Maintain a budget for design projects and source affordable and high-quality decor items

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in home decor, interior design, or a related field
• Demonstrated creative ability and a strong eye for detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with design software and tools is a plus
