Job Description

As a Substance Abuse Counselor at Auspicious Laboratory, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals recover from drug addiction and find new paths to wellness. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to determine the level of care needed for each client
  • Developing personalized treatment plans based on individual needs
  • Providing counseling and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LADC)
  • Experience working in a drug abuse & addiction treatment setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
