Job Title: Physician & Surgeon – Orthopedics
Job Description:
As a Physician & Surgeon specializing in orthopedics at Dr. Richard J Kearns, MD, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical interventions. In addition, you will collaborate with other members of our medical team to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with orthopedic issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Perform surgical procedures as necessary, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including physical therapists and occupational therapists
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on the latest advancements in orthopedic care
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in orthopedic surgery
- Valid state medical license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
