Job Title: Home Builder

Job Description:

As a Home Builder at Bellewood Development, you will be responsible for constructing new homes from start to finish. This includes interpreting blueprints, coordinating with subcontractors, managing construction timelines, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met. You will work closely with our team of architects, designers, and project managers to bring our clients’ dream homes to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Manage construction schedules and budgets effectively
• Ensure all building codes and regulations are adhered to
• Perform quality control checks throughout the construction process
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to meet project goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
