Job Description

As a Mortgage Specialist at Mayte Armas, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate the complex world of mortgages. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire mortgage process, from initial consultation to closing. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure that each client finds the mortgage solution that best fits their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
• Educate clients on the various mortgage products and services offered by Mayte Armas
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering required documentation
• Work closely with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure timely processing and approval of mortgage applications
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the mortgage process
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in mortgage regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mortgage lending or financial services
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
