Position: Early Childhood Educator
Job Description:
As an Early Childhood Educator at Laughndiscover Early Learning, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children. Your duties will include:
- Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate programs for children
- Supervising and interacting with children to encourage their social, emotional, and intellectual development
- Observing and documenting children’s progress and behaviors
- Communicating with parents and caregivers about their child’s development
- Ensuring the health and safety of all children in your care
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
