Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the general merchandise section of the store
• Receive, unpack, and display merchandise following company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking as needed
• Ensure products are priced accurately and labeled correctly
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Keep the general merchandise area clean, organized, and visually appealing

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for art and home decor
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
