Job Title: Mover

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload furniture and belongings onto moving truck
• Pack and wrap items securely to prevent damage during transportation
• Drive moving truck to and from designated locations
• Assist with unloading and setting up furniture and belongings at new location
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Prior experience in the moving industry is a plus

Job Title: Relocation Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the entire moving process for clients
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes for moving services
• Schedule moving appointments and communicate with customers
• Supervise a team of movers to ensure a smooth and efficient relocation
• Address any customer concerns or issues in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service or project management
• Knowledge of moving industry practices and regulations

Job Title: Movers & Full Service Storage Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with packing, loading, and unloading items into storage units
• Maintain a clean and organized storage facility
• Manage inventory of stored items and track customer belongings accurately
