Position: Automobile Parts & Supplies Specialist

Job Description:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right automobile parts and supplies for their vehicles.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on product selection, compatibility, and installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in a professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date on new products, industry trends, and pricing.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automobile parts and supplies, including brands, models, and compatibility.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and transactions.
