1. Youth Pastor

Are you a dynamic and energetic individual with a heart for young people? We are seeking a Youth Pastor who will lead and oversee our youth ministry programs, providing spiritual guidance and support to teenagers in our congregation. The ideal candidate will have a strong faith in Jesus Christ, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering young minds.

• Lead weekly youth group meetings and activities
• Organize and execute youth retreats and events
• Mentor and disciple young people in their faith journey
• Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth into the broader church community

2. Worship Leader

Do you have a gift for music and a heart for worship? We are in search of a talented Worship Leader to lead our congregation in heartfelt and inspiring worship experiences. The ideal candidate will be a skilled musician, capable of leading both contemporary and traditional worship styles.

• Plan and coordinate worship services in collaboration with the pastoral team
• Lead rehearsals with the worship band and vocalists
• Select and arrange music for services that align with the church’s vision and values
• Create a worshipful atmosphere that invites the congregation to engage with God

3. Outreach Coordinator

Are you passionate about sharing the love of Christ with others? We are searching for an Outreach Coordinator to develop and implement outreach initiatives that connect our church with the broader community. The ideal candidate will have a heart for evangelism and a creative approach to reaching out to those in need.

• Identify and establish partnerships with local organizations for outreach opportunities
• Organize and lead community service projects and events
• Develop creative ways to engage with individuals who may not be part of a church community
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts
