Position: Community Organizations Coordinator

Job Description

As a Community Organizations Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community organizations to raise awareness about cancer prevention, screening, and treatment options. You will work closely with our outreach team to develop and implement community events, workshops, and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and collaborate with local community organizations to promote cancer prevention initiatives
  • Organize and facilitate educational workshops and seminars on cancer awareness and prevention
  • Coordinate outreach events such as health fairs and fundraising activities
  • Develop marketing materials and communication strategies to engage community members
  • Evaluate program outcomes and prepare reports for management

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Community Health, or related field
  • Experience working with community organizations and coordinating outreach programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of cancer prevention and screening guidelines preferred
