We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the chemical industry, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the chemical industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
