Position: Appliance Repair Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of major appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and more
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions that customers may have
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and invoices
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the appliance repair industry

Qualifications

• Previous experience in appliance repair is required
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of major and small appliances
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
