Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or a related field
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
• Strong understanding of investment products, retirement planning, tax strategies, and insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
