Position: Social Worker
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Sikh National Center. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing counseling services and social support to individuals and families in need. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and be familiar with Sikh cultural values.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to individuals and families experiencing emotional, psychological, and social challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Connect clients with resources and support services in the community
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Conduct outreach and education programs to raise awareness about mental health and social issues
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensed Social Worker in the state of [insert state]
