We are currently seeking experienced attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in various areas of law and a proven track record of success in their legal practice. As an attorney at Weinstein Tippetts & Little LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and provide expert legal advice to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts
• Provide legal advice to clients
• Negotiate settlements and agreements
• Manage a caseload of various legal matters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law
• Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
