Position: Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas
Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings
Manage and prioritize a caseload effectively
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve client goals
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to the state bar and in good standing
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
