1. Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our nursing team at Afton Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing the health needs of residents
• Creating and implementing care plans
• Administering medications
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families

2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are also looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. CNAs provide essential care to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene
• Helping residents with mobility and positioning
• Monitoring vital signs
• Providing emotional support to residents

3. Physical Therapist

Afton Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist will work with residents to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Providing therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
• Educating residents on home exercise programs
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
