Position: Beauty Salon Manager

Derm Surgery-Mainstreet is a cutting-edge dermatology and cosmetic surgery clinic located in the heart of Main Street. We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Beauty Salon Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about the beauty industry and have experience in managing a salon, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty salon
• Create and implement strategies to increase salon revenue and customer satisfaction
• Hire, train, and supervise salon staff
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a salon management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends and products
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
