We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Health & Fitness Program Consultant to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from individuals recovering from injuries to athletes looking to take their performance to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine clients’ mobility needs and goals
• Develop personalized programs tailored to clients’ specific needs and abilities
• Implement and monitor progress of programs, making adjustments as needed
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients reach their goals
• Educate clients on proper techniques and strategies for improved mobility and performance

Qualifications:

• A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
• Certification in personal training or rehabilitation therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their full potential
