Job Title: Relationship Banker

Location: New York, NY

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team in New York City. The Relationship Banker will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing them with personalized banking solutions to meet their financial needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through personalized interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients’ financial goals and offering tailored solutions
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet clients’ needs
• Assist clients with account maintenance, transactions, and problem resolution
• Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and grow existing relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in retail banking or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Series 6 and 63 licenses preferred
