Position: Contract Manufacturing Manager

Job Overview

As the Contract Manufacturing Manager at Pride & Power Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our external manufacturing partnerships. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our contract manufacturers, ensuring production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and costs are kept within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers
• Coordinate production schedules and deadlines
• Monitor quality control processes and implement improvements as needed
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with manufacturing partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless production processes
• Manage budget and expenses related to contract manufacturing
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in contract manufacturing or production management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
