Job Title: General Contractor

We are currently seeking experienced General Contractors to join our team in delivering outstanding construction services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Manage project budget and resources efficiently
• Ensure high standards of quality and workmanship
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Valid contractor’s license
