Position: Physical Therapist

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist at Paramount Health Services, LLC., you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on providing exceptional care to our clients. Key Responsibilities

– Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations
– Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
– Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and modalities to improve mobility and function
– Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
– Educate patients on self-management techniques and exercises for ongoing success
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote interdisciplinary care
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and progress

Qualifications

– Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
– Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
– CPR certification
– Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
